Service. WebhookProof sends up to three test HTTP requests to a URL you submit and reports how it responded. The paid Fix Pack ($9 one time, no subscription) unlocks written fix suggestions for your stack, a hardening checklist, and re-checks for 30 days for one endpoint. It is delivered on your report page immediately after payment.
Authorization. You may only submit URLs you own or are authorized to test, and you confirm this each time. We may refuse or block any host. Host owners can opt out at any time (see /bot).
No guarantees. Results describe how your endpoint responded to our requests at that moment. They are not a security audit, legal advice, or a guarantee that payments will work. Fix suggestions are provided as-is; review changes before deploying them.
Refunds. Any Fix Pack can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked: use the refund button on your report page, or email support from the address you paid with. Refunds are issued automatically to the original payment method. Refunding re-locks the Fix Pack for that report.
Email. We don't send marketing email. The only emails are ones you trigger: Stripe's payment/refund receipts, replies to messages you send us, and (if you ask for it) your scan result.
Acceptable use. No scanning third-party endpoints, no automated bulk submissions, no attempts to use the service to attack anyone.
Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us.
